Hi there, my name is Nicole. If you’re reading this, you may be thinking about changes you’d like to make in your life. Maybe you know what you are trying to work towards, but are uncertain about how to get there, leaving you feeling stuck and exhausted. You are not alone. I genuinely believe that all of us are doing the best we can with the tools we have. Sometimes we feel scared or unsure about reaching out for help—I will meet you where you’re at.
Nicole Lindros is a Master's level Social Worker. She believes in the value of truly meeting people "where they're at" in order to build an authentic connection, which has led her down many adventurous paths connecting with clients in the community, at schools, hospitals, virtually, or paddling through the wilderness.
She has had the privilege to work with adults and youth (13+) who are facing complex personal challenges, difficult relationships, stress, anxiety, depression, and more. She provides a safe and comfortable space where you can explore and understand the issues which brought you together, combining a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet your unique needs. Together you will clarify your goals, celebrate your strengths, uncover the obstacles in your way, and develop new tools to take with you on your path forward.
