We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule an appointment you can re-schedule online up to 2 hours prior to your appointment. Or you can reach out to the clinic at 705-706-1779.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 12 hours notice for any cancellations. Patients who provide less than 12 hours notice, or miss their appointment, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
